If you play at a casino, withdraw - and they start to make you jump through hoops - never play there ever again.

Never play at places that are published here as doing the above. Even previously 'reputable' ones. There's a world of choice out there, with casino's that never once ever have a problem.

Never play at places that ask for more than photo ID and a utility bill - once. As long as you send a perfectly legible scan, it's acceptable; do not be conned or convinced otherwise. If you deposit on a specific card or neteller account, then ask for it to be credited back to the exact same place I don't actually think there's need even to provide this ID - I'm *just* about accepting of this as an absolute maximum though.

There are casino's that do not take the piss out of players. Never play at places that do.

Then they should check before the gambling starts. otherwise its just a check to make sure no winners are under-age.

all in all the casinos should make a deal with Neteller to not allow anyone under 21, and there should never be a reason to ask for Id.
I've had a Neteller account since I was 20. I don't think it would be fair to make 21 the minimum age in countries where you can gamble at 18. And Neteller is soooooo much less hassle than a credit card.

    Just a thought ;-)

Exactly my point. They don't care at all when you are giving them money. All this concern doesn't come up until it's time to pay out.

Seriously, how much action do you think a casino would get if they required new players to send in ID-documents before depositing? It's a completely unrealistic requirement. And after all, there is nothing preventing a player from sending in ID-documents in advance. I've done that several times myself precisely to avoid any delay after a cash-out.
