Does anyone know the withdrawal times at bet365poker?

I thought I'll ask if anyone knows the withdrawal times at bet365poker?
I made a request and got this reply, couldn't make much sense out of it... =)
Seems like it's gonna take 7days...or then maybe not???
Anyone have experiences with them that you could share?

i could only tell about bet365casino... and if you are verified customer the withdraw to neteller takes couple of hours...

Oh, thanks. I deposited with Moneybookers and couldn't do online withdrawal...Then got the email that they gotta verify my poker account. Guess it'll be that week...but I'm very happy that I won here...at least I know I'll get all my cash =) Thanks, Juliette for the info...now I'll know that when I cashout again- it'll be very fast =)
