how long is too long to wait?

my step daughter won $600 almost 2 weeks ago at an rtg casino.

i won't mention the name (kinda cloudy out today) as i read somewhere if you bitch in a forum, montana won't get involved

so far, no email has been answered and big surprise...no checks have showed up at her house.

from reading here, i see many problems with RTG casinos, and pretty much montana apparently dont give 2 sh!ts...if one waits too long.

what recourse is there, and how long does she need to wait before trying to find some way to get her cash?

where should we go from here???

You can PAB if you'd like and I can get it off Monday or so. Montana should be no problem if there is a legitimate dispute (like the casino states they will not pay). Was her payment request via Firepay? These payments take longer.

no, they haven't stated that they wont pay, they just haven't responded at all.

everyplace i have ever played and cashed out, they always want info....docs, id, etc...

she signed up, played, won, and tried to cash out, and although in her casino account details it says the withdrawl has been approved, she has heard nothing form them...so after reading numerous horror stories about some rtg casinos, i thought it may be best to get the ball rolling before its too late.

she requested a check be mailed to her, so i can understand some delay getting the check from whereevr, but the lack of response from them is what concerns me... (stall tactic?)....or am i being over concerned???

Max, checks take a long time. Has more than 20 days passed since the withdrawal was approved? I see from your first post that the withdrawal was initiated around the first of October.

I have always been paid by the cloudy casino, although it has taken some time to happen (I use Neteller).

well, there has been a resolution to this.

slotchik has got in touch with them and me, and apparently, since my step-daughter was using her laptop in my house, via my wireless network, the casino states that its from the same house, which, technically, i guess it is, and since i have an account there, she cannot be paid, as her winnings were via a free coupon, and even if she was at a different ip addy, she would still only be entitled to a max of $77, the amount of the coupon.

    huge props to slotchik.

    thanks again michelle....we appreciate it.
