Question re: Cryptologic Blackjack

I was playing BJ at a Cryptologic powered casino yesterday, and I noticed that whenever I was dealt a BJ, the software played the dealer's hand... Even managed to draw 21 once and call it a push! Also, player and dealer both had BJ once for another push! I've hit BJ at a Playtech casino, and the dealer's cards weren't even shown, it just paid me. Is the Cryptologic software flawed?

What happened was I was dealt a BJ, and the dealer had the usual deal of 1 up, 1 down... The dealer announced "Blackjack", flipped the down card over, and began dealing to himself as though I had stood on something lower than 21. When the dealer's cards totaled 21, the dealer announced "That's a push" and returned my original ante.

I have insufficient funds to play, so I can't access the logs. All I'm asking is if it's kosher for the dealer's hand to be played out when the player is showing BJ, or should the casino have paid...

I want to be sure before I accuse an accredited casino of fraud.

Were you playing multi-player or multi-hand BJ? The dealer plays out his hand even if all the player hands are BJ or busted.

That is a problem.

You should be able to access your logs even if you have no money.

Here's the hand with both player and dealer having BJ for a push. :(
Your bet was: X USD
Your cards: Ace Clubs, Queen Spades (BLACKJACK)
Dealer's cards showing: Ace Spades
Dealer's hand: Ace Spades, Queen Spades (BLACKJACK)
The result was: push
Your new balance: XXX.XX USD
Guess I was mistaken about the dealer drawing out the hand, can't find it. :o
Obviously a multi-deck table, since we both have Queen Spades in our hands.
