Too soon to worry about Powerbet

Is it something to worry about?
I won a lot of money with a simple deposit.
I asked them if i met w.r. and have in file an email
of their support that verifies it. I also send them
the verification documents they asked two days
before my withdrawal request. I sent them 4
emails till now, one of which was only answered.
I didn't find payment times in their site.
Do i have to worry?
