Go ahead and send them here: support@powerbet.com and copy me on. Send them the government ID and utility bill. If they still need a license (which I doubt) then they'll let me or you know.

I just cashed out of powerbet and silversands too. I sent them the verification documents but never got anything back saying they recieved it. Hopefully we will get paid.

I used my hotmail address because they said
that they cannot receive emails by my @auth.gr
address. I send them once again to casino now
using my @auth.gr address now again. Can't you
confirm that they received the documents?????
If you can confirm this then the payout is relatively

They can receive my emails... They answered my first two emails... I still have in file their email stating that I met the wagering requirements and can withdraw my money... After that communication lost...
