Unclear T&Cs - english native speaker needed!

Hi,

to you this might sound pretty silly but
how would you guys interprete these terms and condition´s:

Quote:
The bonus is intended for wagering purposes only and must be wagered a minimum of 25 times before being allowed to cash out. Games played on Baccarat and/or Roulette will not count towards the wagering requirement being fulfilled.
it says that it is a bonus for wagering purposes only but doesn´t the clause "wagered 25 times before being allowed to cash out" refer to THE BONUS ? Or did I misunderstand it and it means "wager x times before you can request a withdrawal of deposit+possible winnings MINUS bonus" ?

Your help would be appreciated a lot!

regards

Lukas

There's nothing wrong with your English, but something's definitely gone haywire with theirs. They abandon grammar half-way through so I've no more idea what it's meant to mean than you have. Perhaps if you name and shame the casino someone will know what the actual terms are.

Casino Bonus Pages considers the bonus (at least their startup one) to be Cashable.

Not that I am a complete expert in this, but I believe that if the T&C do not specifically state that the bonus can not be cashed out, then it is a cashable bonus.

It is my understanding that if it says "for wagering purposes only", then it is definately NOT cashable. After you wager the bonus 25x, then you are free to cash out your deposit plus any winnings you may have, but NOT the bonus.

Their sign up bonus is definitely cashable. As far as the bank holiday promotion, it certainly sounds like it is Sticky. Ive put an email into support for clarification and will post when I get a reply.

BTW, English is my first and only language and I read the terms 3 or 4 times and still wasnt sure.

I'd personally say you can cash it out after wagering the bonus 25 times. If it was sticky, it would more than likely have a disclaimer added that the bonus would be removed upon your first withdrawal.

But I can definitely see how it's confusing ...
