Anyone have a contact at Diamond Club/Prestige Gaming?
I'm having a big hassle with these guys regarding a problem with my account balance. Their livechat tries to pawn me off by telling me to contact phone/email support to solve things, and the phone/email support doesn't seem to have the faintest idea what the problem is, no matter how many times I explain it to them. I've just been going around in circles with these people.
Does anyone have contact info for a VIP host or support manager here, or is there an affiliate who wouldn't mind dropping them a line on my behalf? Playtech's inquiry form is down, Bryan's out of town, and I'd rather avoid the drama of a thread in the complaint forum if I can just get this resolved quietly behind the scenes. A few weeks ago they changed management there.... along with lots of attitude towards customer service! They removed their old VIP scheme and my emails are not being taken care of by my new VIP-host as well.
-It is sooooo easy to run down a decent operation.
