It's not iglobalmedia. Casino City says it is, but it isn't. It was written by some guys in India - the software contains strings that link to an outsourcing company.

There are quite a few glitches with the software that mean you can lose money by clicking the wrong thing. They also are not answering my emails complaining I can't cash out. Another thing, the balance doesn't add up either - withdrawable + bonus != total. It looks too good to be true, and is.

Avoid.

But for the benefit of anyone else, these guys are sadly crooks.

Currently:

the telephone on the website doesn't answer, and rings through to a fax

the email on the website isn't answered

the casino software is fundamentally broken - if you remove chips from the table playing craps they are lost

I deposited £200 but they charged me £205.

They promised me a £200 bonus but gave me $200

The bonus cannot be withdrawn.

The bonus amount + the non-bonus does not sum to the withdrawable amount.

The video poker tables are absurd.

Anyway, in case anyone else comes across these guys in the future, here's the warning signs

Never played there, but this software is so bad I can't believe it's being used by anyone.
