Europa Casino does not want to pay me- what can I do?

    Hi guys,

while looking on google on how to solve my problem I stumbled in this wonderful site. I hope you can help me out.

I have deposited $100 at Europa casino and got a $100 bonus. PLaythroug 8x. Games excluded Craps, Roulette, Sic Bo and VP on 4 lines.

I more than met the playtrough and ended up with 300$ and I tried to withdraw. My withdraw has been refused twice and upon digging into the issues I discovered they changed their T&C and never published on their site (at least on their italian version which is the one coming out by default on my browser). They included BJ Switch and BJ Surrender in the excluded game list and I played to BJ Surrender (btw I never used the surrender option).

Now they claim I need to wager the full 1600$ to meet the playthrough even if I already did with a game that at the time was not include in the excluded list (they actually updated their site after I complained). I talked with the manager of the italian version of the casino but he said he cant do anything and I need to play. I do not think this is fair.
I don't know if this is relevant but I still have the page of their webiste with the old list of excluded games.

What could I do to get my money?

    Thanks for your help

    Your options.

    1. Contact playtech about this at www.playtech.com player inquiries. There comes a form which you can fill describing your problem.

    2. Contact casinomeister and do a PAB (pitch a bitch).

    3. Play the 1600$ again...

Pick one. I dont know which would have the best result.. You would propably get your money if you played the 1600$ again. However thats not 100% certain and you could loose all the money.
If you pick option 1 playtech would propably make you send a screenshot of the terms that were posted on the italian site when you played, which i doubt you dont have.

BY the way. I just noticed a nice term in playtechs dispute policy:
    * I am submitting my claim/s within 60 days of the date of the dispute in question.

That sucks, even less with them then with rtg.

I thought that Vegas Red, with which this outfit is associated were members here?

If you PM me I'll give you a contact who has proved fair and has authority with this group of casinos - I'm sure he'll be able to get to the bottom of this - Italian version and all. You will have to send your screen shot as proof, I guess.

I know that those games (BJ Switch and BJ Surrender) were disallowed on their english web site as of july 8.

The problem with using a screen shot as proof is the date. I don't see how one could prove the screen shot was taken on this particular day. I prefer using email as proof.

It looks like a homogenous website anyway.

If the t&c's at the Italian bit were different then wouldn't it be a typo.

Hover the cursor over the time display in the bottom right hand corner and the date will appear for about five seconds.
