    Thumbs up Belle Rock bonus problem resolved

    Thanks to this forum, I sent a PM to Belle Rock casino rep regarding a bonus that was never credited to my account (see Complaints).

    I just received an email from Belle Rock and my account has been credited.

    Pleased to hear it, and kudos to John, too. He's a good guy who doesn't get a lot of public recognition but always listens and has sorted out plenty of player complaints in a fair and professional manner.

    I had a situation with a Belle Rock casino about a withdrawal that was delayed for a couple weeks. John helped me sort things out asap.

    I just opened an account at The Gaming Club, they're offering a $200 bonus for depositing only $50, but I have to wait up to 72 hours for it. Hopefully, I won't have ths problems Dewberry had.

    My bonus offer came by email from Belle Rock for my acct at Jackpot City. It was later considered a "promotional error" after it didn't get credited. It's terms were to wager $50 and then get $100. Maybe it was supposed to read wager $100 and get $50.

    Anyway I wagered the $100 yesterday and got absolutely nothing except one set of 15 free spins for under $9, betting 90 cents.
    Sometimes I think bonus wagering is a bit 'off' the norm.

    I think the sign-up one should go smoothly.
