Hi guys,

I promised a while back i'd put together a reference guide of as many casinos as i could with data on their Reverse Withdrawal times and whether they Flush on request.

Well, its got a few gaps, and it will no doubt grow (and hopefully change), but I've finally got most of the answers back so here it is:

Outdated URL (Invalid)

You can sort it by column too using the "sort" links and the default sort order is by Reverse Withdrawal Default Time. I decided to add Crypto casinos even though they don't have reverse for completeness so there's well over 100 casinos. Still waiting on a few to respond but I hope it's useful to some of you.

If you can fill in gaps, see corrections or want casinos adding, please let me know. I intend on keeping it regularly updated.

Cheers

Simmo!

Nostalgia are taking you for a ride or not saying all, as you need to be a VIP to flush.

Thanks Chill. I had an email from them saying they were re-introducing Instant Withdrawals along with Phoenician very shortly. They did mention flushing was for VIP's only but i thought i'd jump the gun a bit, hence the "coming soon" comment but in retrospect i'll add that tidbit. Thanks :)

Hi Petunia

Thanks - i'll do that. They emailed me a while back suggesting they didn't but to be fair, their email was a bit cryptic! I'll go check again

Thanks

Simmo!

EDIT: Response just received from Colosseum (I asked about all casinos in the group):

"Thank you for contacting us.

Please be informed that when you request a cashin, it will stay for 24
hours in Pending Status.
Unfortunately we do not have the facility of "flush" any withdrawals.

We hope you find this information useful and if you have any queries,
please do not hesitate to contact us."

But at least support is fast :)

Bad News

It seems BelleRock can no longer flush withdrawals, I was just told this by a CSR:

"Unfortunately, as of 14 July 2005, our privilege to flush withdrawals has been taken away by eCogra"

Now why would eCogra not want to let players do this?

Wow, that sounds weird.

Simmo, why is Nostalgia and Phoenician listed as flush on request? It's only for Platinum VIP.

Ah ok - when i called them up, they said they would - i'll double check they didnt assume I was a VIP. Although worth noting they said they should be re-introducing instant withdrawals shortly so that would make flushing irrelevant i would have thought.

I have just spoken to eCOGRA regarding this. It is a matter thats currently being discussed between them and BR. There will be a statement on this in the near future.

However, they did say that they are not responsible for deciding whether or not a casino allows a flush. Its entirely a casino business decision. A flush request is more likely to be refused where a player is not well-known to the casino and has specifically used a credit card to deposit due to banking regulations.

I'll provide more info as it comes through.

Thanks for that Simmo, the casino have told me something rather different though, they're telling me that flushes will soon be automated so the customer can do them themselves from within the software, that eCogra have a clause in their agreement that doesn't allow casinos to use the flush feature, and that surprise surprise it's 'for my convenience' <gnashes teeth>

So, one arm of BR tells me eCogra doesn't allow flushes for security reasons, and another tells me that the ability to flush will soon be added to the software, which is why it's been temporarily removed! Which one is it BelleRock, are you trying to anny eCogra by telling people it's their fault we can't flush our accounts, or by breaking their terms and offering flushes from within your software?

Oh and additionally I've always used Neteller to play with BelleRock, and they tell me (although this was a low-level CSR so this may be misleading) that this policy applies to all customers equally, so not the credit card possibility this time it seems.

 Thx LE, thats now updated. I'll re-email this group to see if changes are across the board.

Just heard back from BelleRock, they have removed their flush feature but will reintroduce it in future in a different form.

The eCogra reference seems to be a communication error, it looks like the customer support staff were fed misleading information.

I can confirm they do not process flush's now at belle rock.

richard : I know. This has come into effect a few weeks ago.
richard : So now your money has to got through the 24 hour security check period.

Thanks Largeeyes. I have updated the list with this info

Still no sign of the mythical instant withdrawals from Nostalgia et al.

Its very irritating when you know they have the facility to do it but as you are only a 'valued' player, they refuse to and insist on a ludicrous 48hr pending period. Obviously not valued enough

No I'm going to chase this today as they said it would happen in July!!

Incidentally, I've just been updating the sheet and Trident Group tell me they will actually reduce the RW time on written request :) Means they and 32Red are the only ones, but it's good to see some listen to their players.

Just popping this back up as it had fallen from view. Only found it again because I knew Simmo had started it.

Haha. Thanks GOCC. I feel momentairly appreciated :D It should be pretty much bang up to date...just recently changed a few odds n sods on it. Still waiting for more casinos to step forward and offer RW reductions in the time though!
