Don't think the bonus is cashable, as this is from their Bonus Redemption Policies page:

Unless stated otherwise all bonuses are sticky bonuses meaning that the bonus itself may not be withdrawn at any time although any winnings generated by using the bonus are 100% withdrawable once rollover requirements have been met.

Yea I got this email too. I didn't like the winnings limitations paragraph. Looked kinda hokey.

If the bonus isn't fully cashable I won't be playing it.
