GRAND VIRTUAL casinos steal my deposits and my winnings

I never seen anything like this before. About one month ago i made several deposits to a group of Grand Virtual casinos: Casino Lux,Casino Elegance,Casino Fantasy, Casino Glamour, Casino Treasure and Casino Benelux. Here are my results:

    LUX- 20/40
    Elegance - 100/0
    Fantasy- 100/620
    Glamour-20/40
    Treasure - 100/0
    Benelux- 100/0

After not receiving my winnings i contacted the casino Fantasy.

    > your casino. The sum of the withdrawal is usd 620
    >
    > thank you

When i saw the answer i couldn't beleive my eyes.

    -Dear Player,

Thank you for your inquiry. Your account has been permanently blocked
by our Operations Department. There will be no further debits and/or
credits posted to your credit card or your preferred payment method and
thus no winnings will be paid out.

    Regards,
    Customer Care Team

And it also means they are not going to pay me back my deposit also! But i don't want my deposit-i want to receive my winnings! I have no idea why they blocked me and they dont even bother to tell me that-becausethere is no other reason than they want to steal my money from me. Why aren't these casinos in the blacklist at this website? People should AVOID them at all costs!

Several months ago,I deposited $30 and won about $190 off these guys. Was paid within 2 days. Havent played since though as the games were not as exciting as MG or Playtech games. I hope they havent changed as regards to paying players. Well,at least they should pay you back your $440 in deposits and give you a forthright answer as to why you are not paid your winnings. They cant just confiscate your deposits for no reasons. By now,if you havent received any of your money, pitch a bitch. If that fails,I would initiate a chargeback so that at least I wont let them retain my deposits.

i have only good experiences. At least one of them is accredited, so its a safe place!
If you want help or advice, we need facts.
the relevant facts are - or could be - these:
    Did you take a bonus?
    which games did you play?
How much did you play through?
How many accounts did you open per casino?
    How did you deposit?
And:You can PAB - i dont think, they have a rep here (? found none at least).

Don't they have some rule where you can not claim bonuses at all their casinos?

Dominique is right, they do have this rule. Its pretty vague though. "If a casino operating GrandVirtual technology is running a promotion that is similar in kind, an individual person cannot receive the same promotion from both casinos. This includes, but is not limited to, new user promotions. "
Some GV casinos have different signup bonuses, casino treausre deposit 100 get 100 and casino lux get a 30$ free gift. I mean i guess you could do em both...

    #3 under Bonus Terms:
Limitation. Bonuses (whether one-time, sign-up, special promotion or recurring monthly use) are limited to one per combination of: a person, family, household, geographic address, mailing address, email address, credit card number and shared computer environment (such as a library or workplace). This limitation applies across all casinos operating GrandVirtual technology. If a casino operating GrandVirtual technology is running a promotion that is similar in kind, an individual person cannot receive the same promotion from both casinos. This includes, but is not limited to, new user promotions.
