    Banned by RTG

I just revisited an RTG casino that I hadnt played at for the last 2 years but found that my account was locked. I asked their live chat and was told that my account was locked by RTG because of a chargeback and they didnt have anything to do with this banning. Furthermore, they refused to help me look into the matter saying that they couldnt help. Well,I have never made any chargebacks,be they credit cards, firepay or neteller so I dont know what they are talking about. Furthermore,I still have many other RTG casino accounts that are apparently still active so I dont know whether RTG actually bans accounts at will. Can anyone shed any light on this?

...I guess calling the name of the Casino will already explain it all.

There indeed is a shared blacklist across a several Casinos (that I am on as well of course )... but it is only shared across the even shadier joints of their gang.
However, I have seen the craziest things to happen at Realtime Gaming over the last few years and, even tho it is my very favorite software, I can not recommend any of their places anymore as you are not safe anywhere.
There are a few very reputable Casinos (Inet, Bodog, King S., (...)) that I actually do feel sorry for by making such a statement, but history has shown how fast the unthought-of can become reality.
    Its sad but true.

    Chuchu59,
When a player has charged back at a RTG casino, that player is given a negative credit score at any other RTG casinos you have had an account at. It only is flagged on excisting accounts not new casinos you may have opened an account at. At the casino, we have no idea where the chargeback occured and can not help you there. Your best idea is to contact Montana and they have acess to check all casino data bases to find where the original low credit score came from. Hope this helps

I have completely the same opinon. RTG is so far the best software suitable for me I could find due to their very comfortable smooth movement, but
due to the very very disappointing behaviors by operators excluding a
few "reputable casinos" like the ones Shankwart mentioned + Geisha and
Grand Aces, I am really afraid if RTG can survive this industry "in the long
run" since eventually without sincerity and seriousness nobody can not
survive anywhere or in any business around the world.

    TED,

Thanks for your info. I have already contacted Montana before starting this thread. However, the casino is saying that RTG locked my account, not them. If this were true, presumably RTG would lock lock all my accounts at casinos powered by them but this hasnt happened. When Montana gives me an answer,I will keep you guys posted.
