Exclamation Issue on Ladbrokes bug! Pls make suggestion!

This is a very nice place, it's a great honour to join this forum.

A week ago there is a bug with my ladbrokes account. When I transfer money from my sportsbook account to casino account, the money won't deduct from the sportsbook account, so, as you expect, I made alot of money from it. second day they found out and suspended my account until yesterday, however, the money has already been cancelled(but the history is there) and I felt it's their own fault and they have no right to delete money away from my account. They have to take the consequences.

So I'd like to hear your opinion whether I should have the money back. Do I have a chance if I accuse them? Any one of you experience this situation before? Thanks alot!

Hmmmm....I don't know why people above are already deciding that you
are cheating, but in my opinion, if it is the bug and the money wasn't deducted from your account, then I think you have the complete right to
claim the winning. But in another opinion, you might have well considered
reporting it to the casino honestly.

thanks for all your reply. I don't think I was cheating, it's just like you found a wallet on the floor, will you pick it up? and whether return it to the owner should be your decision right? Is it possible for me to win the lawsuit if I accuse them?

Well, of course it would be your decision whether to return it or not....its in your possession. However that doesn't mean it would be morally right.

And trying to claim something that your are not entitled to will never get you positive results.....just ask Schankwart

Not under English law. There have been a few cases of the reverse situation, when people tried to make a Neteller deposit to a casino, which was deducted from their Neteller account but did not reach their casino account and they were rather upset about it.

If you find a wallet you are legally obliged to hand it in - if you keep it (or any of the contents) in the UK it is theft under the law, and rightly so.
Any legal service will laugh at you attempting to make Ladbrokes pay out the transfer of money that was never yours. You might be able to get the winnings (i.e if you transferred £500 and won £500 on top, almost like a sticky bonus). I would just recommend that you apologise for your behaviour. You should have contacted them about the bug, not tried to use it to your advantage. Thats technically fraud too as you knew what you were doing!
