If you mean where you can play against another player who is the dealer then there is www.bethedealer.com where players can be the dealer and deal cards to other players. Not sure how it works but I think you have to build up play as a regular player before you can be the dealer. Also not sure of their reputation if anyone else here is familiar with this casino post your experiences.
