    Betting Odds??

    Hi All:
I am new to this forum but have found the comments here not only enlightening but very entertaining as well. It seems that most contributors have a wonderful sense of humor which I find refreshing.
I admittedly know little about gambling but do know statistical analysis and applied mathematics.
I have formulated a betting methodology which when applied to a particular table game gives me a probability of winning >99%.
I have tested this model at no less than 30 online casinos and have never lost a session.
That being said is where my dilemma starts. According to most here, as soon as I start playing for "real money" the math will "go out the window" and I will lose in spite of the tremendous statistical edge this model yields.
Sooo.. are these online casinos rigged or not??? I have been told by many that there are no differences betwenn the "fun" mode and ""real" mode and then others say there is a huge difference. All feedback concerning this will be greatly appreciated...

In my personal experience there is a difference between fun mode and real money mode, so you should try your system in real mode before putting a lot of money at risk.

You claim to have developed a betting methodolgy that gives you a probability of winning >99%, and you also claim to have a solid mathematical knowledge. What do you mean with winning >99% ?, because if you win 1 unit in 99 sessions, but in the next session you lose 200 units, you can say that you are winning 99% of the time but you are going to lose money in the long run. If this question sounds stupid I apologize, but this is what most betting systems do.

You should check what the wizard of odds have to say about betting systems at http://wizardofodds.com/gambling/betting-systems.html, if you enjoy mathematics and statistics (like I do) you will enjoy wizard's website.

If you want to share your system and have my opinion I have no problem in trying to make a statistical analisis of it, feel free to PM me or send me an email. I am NO expert but as a physics student I have studied a lot of mathematics and statistics.

Anyway, good luck with your system!!!

Don't want to be patronising but if you have enough money and the table limits allow, I can give you a system that will allow you to win more than 99.99% of all betting sessions.

I have to point out however that given enough time and total bets you will probably, eventually, end up losing very close to the house edge of the game you are playing.

Unless you can post proof that the accepted theories of probability are flawed this is the situation I am afraid.

If you are absolutely convinced that your system is a winner you can win a large sum without even laying a single bet! Go to the Wizard of Odds site and take up the challenge you will find there. You can be absolutely sure that his software is completely fair.
