about bonuses and Customer Support...

I had a very weird experience with an MG casino I joined through a Spearmaster link..
I had played there 2-3 times, always losing till the last cent.
I got 2 or 3 times some random bonuses (they were missing me!!! ) and was able to have something on my account after fulfilling the WR of the last one.
I tried to cash out (my first cash out in that group). After the end of the reversible period the withdrawal disappeared from the cash check.
So I decided to write the support and they answered that they were going to transfer the money on my neteller account on that same evening.
The morning after no money on neteller, and credit reversed on the casino accounts.
No explanation…
No answer to further e-mails.
Live chat always busy. After a while I try another time without indicating my casino account and mysteriously the live help is available.
There the answer is that I wagered 4351 and still missed 2875: bizarre balance for a $ 20 bonus.
No way to find some understanding with the CR…


Moral: why do they offer you bonuses (never asked) if they have to behave in this way?!?

I was pissed off and decided to burn the money, but went up to 230...
What to do now?!?

I'm becoming old. I'm the only one to reply to myself...
At this stage, starting from the $20 chip I received from the casino (because they were missing me..) I'm cashing out 900 bucks.
Any possible WR is now fulfilled. But I'm pretty sure that my original one ($ 50) was legitimate.
The result for the casino is this one: because of poor costumer care they'll have to pay $ 850 more
In my opinion, also following the debate of WH, CS is vital for a casino. In any kind of business image is almost everything and CS representatives are the first testimonials of the business they represent...
Sorry for this apology: but I live in Ireland, the country where Customer Care doesn't exist (nevertheless beer is just gorgeous: it's a matter of priorities...)

I usually do not have problems with the reverse withdrawal option
I think that the Fillet Mignon at Gallagher's is one of the best in Vegas!
