    Sky Kings Casino- Playtech?

    http://www.skykingscasino.com/

Anyone played here? I think this is part of the Sky group (onland based, used to have Sky Breezes, Sky Catalonia, was RTG).

Looks like pretty nice signup deal- 100% up to $100, 12x D+B, Blackjack allowed, not sticky.

I played at these when were RTG and had no problems getting paid. I probably wont play since i just dont like Playtech, but the signup is really good for nowaday.

    Anyone played here yet?

Thumbs up Sky Kings Casino - Playtech?

Downloaded software - Like the El Gordo 2.2 Billion novelty promotion (7-1 chance).

Appears to have good credibitlity with strong connection to land based casinos.

Playtech software very user friendly prefer the games and speed of play to RTG.

Spoke direct to casino host regarding registration query which was resolved very efficiently.

I agree the sign up deal is very good.

    Customer support won't answer email

I looked at them when they showed back up. First I called and found out the help number was for Uropa Casino? Something like that. They claim they are not related and they gave me Sky's number. I found out if you played them before they went away and back when they were RTG, then you would not be eligible for the sign up. That's fine.

I then emailed them about their other rules but never received a reply. I don't know if the support email address is wrong like the phone number was or if they are just slow or if they don't know the answers so they are ignoring me.

Maybe a represenative can be dug up and drug over here. It is a shame they are not maximizing their exposure after having a big Christmas promotion and reopening.

Thumbs up Sky Kings Casino - Playtech?

Just called Sky Kings support and got through no problems.

As a previous player i had my old balance honoured and was also given a 100% match bonus on my first new deposit.

These guys don't reply to emails

Sent these guys another email. Got no answer. Strike two.

I wonder about a casino whose support ignores player emails.

My experience with this casino was shortlived as I deposited $140 and received the $100 matching bonus. In my worst ever session. I lost all in 20 minutes. I played 4 hand J or B and blackjack. My bet size was $5 and $10. I had the opportunity to double down on 5 occasions in the blackjack and received 4 deuces and a four. I did of course lose all the double downs.

I emailed support asking for the account to be closed. I briefly told them the RNG did not feel right. I did not directly accuse them of cheating but did imply I felt the games were not random. I was emailed back within an hour with the standard line about the testing of the RNG and their sadness at closing the account so quickly.

I have played at many Playtech casinos and I know them to be rather streaky. But in this case I was getting so frustrated I was glad to zero out and close the account. Sometimes with these online casinos its hard to tell the difference between bad luck and RNG manipulation.

This is not a slam against Sky King, I only played there once but it is my experience.

Darnella, I don't think you're being paranoid. The blackjack at Playtech has the worst reputation of any around. Terrible runs of results are very common and your chances of winning a double down during them are more or less zero. I don't know if their 'RNG' takes into account big winners or losers at the moment you're playing, or is just set to be extremely streaky, but they're the one major software provider at which I wouldn't play BJ.

Extra evidence for this is the fact that some Playtech casinos allow BJ for bonus wagering but ban other games which should have a much higher variance and house edge (e.g. video poker). Some of these other games appear fair, in my experience (see the Winner Screenshots, though it might well not be what you want to look at just now!).

I deposited 100$, so was left with $200 to play around. Played mainly BJ Switch and a little of MegaJacks. Play at MegaJacks was at best even. Cashed out $250 and have still $100 left. My only experience at Playtech so far.
