Neteller deposit alert notice

ryder1 Recently I started receiving this weird notice in gambling federation casinos cashier area whn i atempt neteller deposits. Alert your deposit has been declined by your financial instatution. It is sudden before the request has time to go to neteller. There is money in my neteller account. Gamling federation and neteller tell me they cant find anything wrong .Have any of you heard of this and do you know of anything I can do so i can deposit? Thanks Glen

Hi Ryder 1: It's been a long while since I played at any Gamling Federation casino, as I avoid them like the plague. The problem you're encountering is related to G-Fed's software and not Neteller. Additionally I've found that it's normally associated with double deposits being made from your Neteller and into your casino account. The only way that I know of to remedy this problem is to not play at G-Fed. casinos. Have a good one.

Hi Cipher I still dont understand. I have 5 casino accounts with them and up until about 2 weeks ago made neteller deposits . I want to know how to get this glitch out of there software . the main reason I like playing there because there is a 5% neteller fee that they have given me for neteller deposits. This acts as a cusion with no terms . Do you know of other casinos that have this return of neteller fees feature without terms ? Will you please respond? I am glad for your help . Thanks Glen

Hi Glenn:

I've forwarded this post as well as your intial post to Colin Francis the Chief of Security at Neteller to see if he may have some idea as to how to fix this problem. Though I probably won't hear back from him until Monday. I'll post anything that he might have to add when I hear back from him.

Lastly, I do not accept bonuses from any casinos unless of course they are bonuses that do not require my matching the bonus. I just don't like being obligated to fulfill some of these wild ass wagering requirements, so I don't think I'd be the one to ask about those Neteller bonuses. Have a good one.

I've had the same problem with G-Fed casinos ...

Usually, I'll Live Chat with them a few times and after a few days, the problem will magically disappear. Last time it happened, I tried the deposit again right after the error message popped up and it went through without a hitch.

With G-Fed, I've never suffered the problem where the money disappears from NETeller and doesn't appear in my casino account.
