ive never seen one that accepts amex. probably because an amex merchant account is a lot harder to get.

Simple. Go to your nearest Teller machine and withdraw whatever funds your thinking about depositing into a casino account with your American Express card. Then set up a Neteller account (if Neteller is available in Italy) and then fund that Neteller account with the funds that you've withdrawn from the Teller machine. If Neteller is not available in Italy then use the funds that you've withdrawn from the Teller machine to send a Western Union transfer to what ever casino you want to.
