well banks for the most part do really differ on the whole "online gambling" issue. Im actually surprised that a bank of visa would initiate a chargeback if they discovered that a lot of their debt is onling gambling. From what I've seen, this is usually only done if a casino uses a processor to mask the Visa purchase code (code that the processor sends to the cardholders bank identifying what the cardholder is buying). Although, I probably wouldn't put it past a bank to do that, especially if its a really large amount and they could use the whole "illegal online gambling" argument to recoup a large amount.

Banks are still undecided for the most part on how to deal with online gambling. And they still dont really know where the bet takes place, i.e. the state or in the netherland antilles etc... Should state law apply to the bets (making them illegal) or should the bets be considered to take place in servers offshore rather than where the player is entering the bet? Depending on who you ask, you will get different opinions. So the point is banks are really split on the legalities and i suppose some could initiate chargebacks as an excuse to recoup funds. But i think this would rarely happen.

Once again I apologize if for any reason you thought I was implying fraud by you. I was giving you the reasons that it takes up to the 10 days to pay out. I never questioned any of your motives or reasons for depositing. I was only replying to your questions with the answers. Replace your name with any other name on your posts and than reread what was written. The only thing that was directed at you was why you would want to ask your questions on line here and try to attack the casino. This has got to be the sorriest excuse for a thread in a long time. It was not that long ago that bthug spoke of his system that beats the casino 70% of the time and those posts dragged on forever. Those posts were some of the worst crap I have ever read and we can only hope and pray to the "lawrd" that this thread remains "the sorriest excuse for a thread in a long time" and is never taken over by the joke "system" he pushes.

7 days and 10 days is to long, point blank. Are u underfunded or u just like holding on to people money like u told me in a email. I think you told me, most people let money sit in the neteller account for days, so let it sit in your casino account. You told me something like that i believe, I will find it soon enough.
