Is Vegas Red Casino a safe place to play?

Please give me some feedback on this casino. I've read mostly good things.. but also read that it's sister casino.. Casino Del Rio has been blacklisted by some.

Vegas Red was my very first online casino. Having understood everything I knew now, I would definitely NOT have gone there first.

Their bonus structure is tiered for your first few deposits. I ended up depositing twice. I got lucky and hit a royal on 4-line Video Poker after my second deposit. After going past the WR, I tried to cash out. Little did I know that 4-line Jacks or Better did not qualify for WR. So I went to single line Jacks or Better to go through my WR. Lost a lot, but ended up ahead.

I also didn't understand "sticky" bonuses at that time. So, I withdraw, and the bonus is taken from my account. I was obviously disappointed after getting the explanation from Customer Service, but it was still an overall win at $400 (despite the fact that it was around $300 less than I thought I would get).

Definitely a learning experience, and I did hit a royal, so I would assume some people can win with the software. Don't go there if you're new to the online casino world. But if it means anything, I came out with a win, but I consider myself lucky.
