They have miscategorized the MG casinos as Adware (not spyware, see definitions below). Though techincally I suppose it could fit their definition of Adware, since it does pop up the message of the day when you start the program. Since I have a number of MG casinos on my system, I usually set it to exclude them from future scans (on the next screen I believe). Alot of those 1000+ traces you see are registry entries done by the MG software. Another thing you may notice is it can identify one casino as another. You may not have Riviera Gold on your computer, but you do have Gaming Club for instance, and since the code is essentially the same, it identifies it as whatever it has in its fingerprint file, which in this case could be Riviera Gold.

Here are the definitions of spyware, etc. for everyone, some of the terms get confusing:

Adware is advertising-supported software that displays pop-up advertisements whenever the program is open.

Spyware is any application that collects information about your computer activities and then sends that information to another individual or company without your knowledge or permission.

System monitors are applications designed to monitor computer activity to various degrees. These programs can capture virtually everything you do on your computer, including recording all keystrokes, e-mails, chat room dialogue, Web sites visited, and programs run.

Traces are places where Spy Sweeper finds spyware fingerprints. Traces can be a file, cookie, or registry entry.

Trojans are malicious programs that appear as harmless or desirable applications. Trojans are designed to cause loss or theft of computer data, and to destroy your system.
