Hi,
I've been playing with WinBig21 casino, claimed 149€ bonus with primary and secondary requierements, done it all, made a wd request and now waiting, slow answers on live chat but I hope that is all that is slow, hope everything will be ok, I'll get back to post when something happens... :thumbsup:
 
As above. This is a new-ish Rival casino and I have only read bad things about them so far, which is why I don't list them on my sites.

I hope you get your withdrawal quickly & without problems - but I wouldn't be holding my breath if I were in your position... :(

Thay have the same casino manager as Casino Royal Club.I waited 5 months to recieve my withdrawl there and 3 months at winbig21:(

Actually I have literally HEARD very bad things about this new rival, they actually are winning as newest rogue casino. People are depositing, winning and being declined and accounts closed almost instantly. Still reviewing many of the posts since im teaching a workshop this week and have major papers due i havent had time to follow up on them. I highly advise people to watch and read before going with them.

Update 17 days after

Well, they are still stalling me, can't say that I have been ignored but answers are sloooow and too general with no specific... well anything... no matter what, my documents that I have sent are recieved, no good (non readable) photo of bank verification of my account, so I had to send scaned document. After I sent it - no answer.... An affiliate conacted me that casino can send me cashout by western union or on my bank account. I responded positively to him and still waiting... I really don't think it will be done soon. Not gonna give up, still playing on other casinos - acredited :) , this one will be solved once and I'm really interested how long it will take.... Will post if something change. Bye and good luck all in games!

Yes, only confusing thing for me is (from answer of casino stuf): some problems with Moneybookers transfers. I am still using it without any problem, and they responded that they have no problem with any kind of transfers, so don't know what those problems could be...
 
Maybe Moneybookers have restricted their merchant account.

Another reason would be a lack of funds in their Moneybookers merchant account, and in order to pay this way they would have to move money into it from elsewhere. They have money in Neteller, so are telling you to just use that instead.

It seems the usual anti moneylaundering procedures that require withdrawals to be paid back to the method of deposit are being waived, yet this is usually strictly non negotiable.

Now it seems they have shifted their stance altogether, claiming that your documents did not pass verification.

These excuses are mutually inconsistent, hence this looks very much like a stalling tactic rather than a genuine technical issue with Moneybookers.

Shame you can't just call their bluff and give them your Neteller details, which would force them to pay right away, or come up with yet another excuse.
 
They will tell you many different lies before they finally pay you.I am sure they will finally pay you but it will probably take a few months:(

I just received an email in which I am again asked by the casino to confirm my name, address and other information... :) Could this be the last contact before payment, I wonder......? :thumbsup: :what: :thumbsup:

i have more sure than never that rival = slot capital (at least for me)

all the others i will not play anymore

Seems that Raul did his thing right; got an mail asking me to send them (casino):

˝Name of Bank
Swift code
Bank Identifier Code (BIC)
Full address of the bank or branch address
Your complete name
Your Account number
Your Complete address˝

to recieve cashout wire transfered.

They politely apologized for the delay and response delay with the payment.
Will send it in the morning and see what happens...
 
It is not nice to read about players not being paid quickly. Sorry your having withdrawal drama Goxx.
This should be a good example of why it is not worth the risk playing at unknown casinos. With so many accredited places to play at CM and if anything goes wrong, you have the benefit of contacting the iRep directly, it seems like risky business playing at places that aren't listed here. Just adding my 2 cents :)

yes, i think that is the point. most people find casinomeister after they had problems with withdraw/casino like me :oops:
But once you found it you have a whole list of accredited casinos to pick from ;)
