    Wink Cirrus Casino

Question guys. I played Cirrus casino last w/end, I wasn't familiat with this website at that time, so I didnt know that Cirrus doesn't have such a good name. Anyways, played some blackjack, started off with $100, they gave a match up of $150, played it and ended up with $500.

So I decided to withdraw my balance thorough pre-paid ATM last Sunday afternoon. By monday night, they still hadn't contact me, so I emailed and chat with them. Finally they told me that I have to send in IDs and copy of the CC, standard procedure right?

Now, after reading this forum and some of the posts about Cirrus, I am a bit worried. Its only been 3 days, but so far I have been the only one thats making contact with them. They have yet to send me a confirmation or anything. I don't want to piss them off by asking about it every single day, but my question is anyone here had a succesful withdrawal from Cirrus? And how long did that process take?

    Thanks.

In my experience with them (albeit only playing 2 times), it takes them about a calendar week to pay after you've sent in the documents required.

I haven't looked at their site in a while, but you may want to check and see if that $150 bonus was sticky, meaning you can't withdraw it. You may already know about it, but I thought I'd mention it so you're not surprised if it is.

Well, when I first started playing they gave an original 200% plus $25 welcome bonus, so my original balance was $325, which I was able to just about break even. Then decided that it was time for quits I requested to withdraw that amount.

But damn that reverse feature, I went back reversed my request and play it all on roulette. Which to my suprise -not really- I lost it all, went into that panic state, heated, started to bet more. Anyways, went from $350 to $0. I thought, oh well, it was just $100 and I was prepared to lose it when I started playing.

To my suprize, Brian from Cirrus Casino called the next morning asking about what happen ($350 --> $0 within 5 minutes) so I explained, and he said that he'll give me an extra $50 to play with or withdraw, ofcourse since I've already mourned over that $100 that I lost yesterday, I decided to play it. When I logged on, he offered another coupon with 100% match up bonus that I believe to be said cashable. But I don't really remember. So maybe I will get $100 deducted from my winnings.

Enough with the rambling, but this can be considered as my first online gambling experience, I'm just about ready to make my next one

Let me get this straight.....you come in here asking when your cashout will get processed, then reverse it and lose it all?

Sounds like the first deposit and bonus was lost, but the second one was the one where the winnings came from.

And that reversal will kill you if you're not careful ... which you now already know.

Bingo. I lost my first deposit, and learned not to make the same mistake twice .
