Grand Online

Hi everyone. I'm new to the board, and all I can say is wow. Great information. Thanks for putting all this together, Casinomeister!

This past Sunday, I cashed out 1109 from Grand Online Casino. I didn't hear anything from them on Sunday or Monday, so I called them Monday afternoon to check on the status of the payout. They gave me a list of documents they needed, which I scanned and emailed them. I emailed them requesting confirmation that they had received the documents, which they did. They then told me that I should receive my funds in 5-7 business days.

Is this a normal amount of time once a casino receives documentation? I'm asking, because at others I've played, such as Starluck and Planetluck, the withdrawls became virtually instantaneous once they received the documents they needed. If anyone has any feedback on this, or has had an experience with Grand Online, I'd like to hear about it. Thanks!

Hi Jasonal_98 and welcome to the forum. As to the Grand On Line Casino, it's been a good while since I've played at any of the Playtech casinos but this 5-7 days is pretty much the standard delay with Playtech and some of them will put you through a much longer wait than that.

Just make sure that you don't go anywhere near the "reverse withdrawal" button in the cashier area as many a gambler has gone that way before and lived to kick themselves in the rear end for it. Have a good one.

Thanks for the advice, Cipher. I've been down the "reverse cashin" route. Not this time!

Welcome aboard Jasonal_98, and good going on that win! 5 - 7 days is certainly not an unusual length of time for withdrawls, although many casinos are doing 1 - 2 days (to neteller) and some in less than a day. Withdrawl time is quickly becoming a big issue to players and I suspect that the casinos will have to get things processed quicker or lose customers.

There doesn't seem to be any good reason for taking longer than 1 - 2 days in my opinion and I'll tolerate up to 4 or 5 days on occassion. Anything more than that better have a good reason behind it.

Please do yourself a favor and check out the rogue casinos so you know where NOT to play. This can be more important than where to play! In particular, be sure you steer clear of the Grand Banks/Black Widow/Sterling House group, as well as the Hamptons/Portofino group. They tend to offer irresistable bonuses to new and old players, but getting paid is nearly impossible! Stay far away from these places, and if you find a place you think looks good, you can always search here and if you don't find any info, ask if anyone knows anything about it.

thesmacker has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Grandonline is part of the Golden Palace group and are notorious for slow paying 1st time players. If you like Playtech software the only casinos out there that pay in a decent amount of time are the Sunny Group (1-3 days). Recently though I have gotten to the point where I just don't play any Playtech casinos as they seem to be spawning like lemmings, handing out liscences to anyone who has a few thousand dollars.
Cheers

I made a wthdrawal on th 11th from aspinalls and flamingo club and got piad yesterday. Thay do all withdrawals on certain days. Make sure to send all 3 documents, as they wont process it, and just give another excuse for taking longer to pay!
