Good As Gold Casino's black jack has technical problems, does not pay correctly

I just made my 1st deposit at www.goodasgoldcasino.com as was playing black jack. I was down to a $15 balance and did a $10 bet. I won the bet only to find that my balance was $5, I was not paid the $10, they took it, treated it as loss. I was going to contact customer service but I figure for $10 why bother. Then I got my $5 balance back up only to find myself back at a $15 balance. I did a $10 bet and guess what happened? You got it, I was not paid and they kept the $10 bet. Now I was pissed so I went to chat with customer service. The log of the chat is below. I am 100% sure that my last hand was $10 seeing as my balance was so low but the customer service rep insisted that my last bet was $20 which was not true. I kept the game going when I went to chat as to referance the hands but I guess I should have written it down as when I went to chat the game went a way. So I could not tell them the exact cards but to me it is a joke as this happened twice in the exact same way and by them telling me that my last hand was $20 when I know it was $10 proves that their game has tech problems. They would not provide a copy of the play logs. Anyone else have problems with this casino?

elcooler: Their is a problem with you black jack game. My balance was $15 and I won a $10 bet. Then my balance was $5 when it should have been $25. The 1st time it happened I just thought I would let it slide as my balance was so low. Then I got the balance up again, but then I was at $15 again, did another $10 bet and the exact same thing happened, I was not paid the $10 win, they took the $10 and my balance is now $5.

elcooler: Well I did not write down the cards, but I know I won and I am 100% sure that I did not do a $20 bet. I am not trying to pull a fast one here. This happend twice the exact same way twice

Rosaline: that means that their was NO action on your side so the 20$ will pass to be the last hand
elcooler: So I cant look at the play logs and I am 100% sure that I did not do a $20 bet on my last bet. Their is a problem with you system. I do not want the money ok, just letting you know that their is a problem with your system. I am going to play now with the $5 I have and if I get it to $15 I will do a $10 bet and if I win I will probably end up with a $5 balance

And for you to ask if I have java and "flask" installed is a joke as i would not be able to play if I had not. With all do respect, I feel like you do not know what you are talking about or you would not ask those questions. So my faith in your ability to see that my last hand was not paid is 0%, espically since I know for sure that it was not a $20 bet as you say. I am done and don't want to waste any more time. All I wanted was a fair game and when I saw that the their was a problem with the game I went for help. All I got was the wrong info about my bets and you asking about "flask"

Hmm, flask installed?? I wonder if they mean you should be drunk when you're playing so you don't notice that you just lost money on a winning hand?

The graphics of the game samples when logged into the casino have not worked on the site for as long as I can remember. So if they would lie about that, what are the chances they would lie about a software malfunction? They should update their dead graphics with the safebet logo, that would make us all feel safe
