I don't think that is a fair statement. I know opinions differ on this, but I have never had any problems with the Sunny Group (Casino Fortune, etc.). Customer service is excellent. Also their bonus is very fair with only 10x playthrough.

I agree sorerelltop, they always treated me well. You forgot to mention though that the bonus is sticky.
