Won't go into too many details but why would anyone play any other MG casino.

Ed, Pat and co. are practising the finer cs and marketing methods employed by many companies in the commercial world. It's a pity most casinos dont even come close so while I cannot play anymore at 32RED I am still convinced they are the best in the industry.

In a world of online casinos where hundreds upon hundreds exist and more appear with every year its refreshing that there is always one casino name you know you can trust.

In over ten years of playing on line and at one point having nearly 50 active casino accounts, I have finally realised that in order to enjoy your time the most, simply giving your loyalty, time and appreciation to one or a small handfull of casinos is infinitely preferable. Especially when its to a casino that simply excels in everything it does. In all my years of playing I can honestly say that no where do I or have I ever felt more appreciated as a casino customer than at 32Red. There are hundreds of MG casinos out there and some are ok, some are even very good, but none come anywhere close to matching 32Red.

I have never tried 32Red myself, but it is not possible to be a part of this great community without being impressed by all the 32Red praise. 32Red is really the best Microgaming alternative out there. All the praise, all the awards and all the attention is so very well deserved

It's very depressing that 32Red doesn't accept US players. I'd love to play there! It especially kills me seeing all the good things everyone has to say about it, I really feel like I'm missing out.

I closed my accounts on all four of 32reds casinon until the 24th of May, the reason was simply to wait for some new games. 2 weeks has passed and i already regret it...lol..

My first impressions of 32 Red were not great. But over this last few weeks ive come to understand and agree with all the positive comments, even though the month of february hasnt exactly been a very lucky month casino wise for me. I did however cash out a tidy sum after meeting the wage reqs of a £50 bonus chip from placing in the monster tourny. The CS has been top notch and have been very quick to answer my questions and queerys and even have a bit of a joke.

Glad to say that March has started amazingly for me. Im 700+ up on deposits so far ( which is awesome considering i mostly low roll) so maybe its my reward for adopting a *wait and see* approach with them.

I have been not eligible for bonus invitations for several years now and I can´t get any explanation from them for what reason. I asked several times and they only confirmed to me that I am not eligible for any bonuses, but always fail to tell me why. I did not profit much on any bonuses in the past and I have been a regular depositor for many years. This is not the treatment I would expect from a top notch casino, there are other MG´s that treat me much better.

They should be. Their business model is not based on offering 25% up to $50 bonuses and trying to milk the public with crappy offers and service. You would have thought that a few Casinos would have already upped their game to try and compete with 32Red. They probably don't give a flying shyte or don't have the financial muscle or are greedy or plain stupid.

I have to disagree with this post Stukas. For me 32Red in terms of playing well has always been up and down, some weeks ill hit nothing, others i will hit loads. You get dry spells in all online casinos unfortunatly. After all they are in the business of making money as is every other business out there and this I fully understand. Speaking from my own experience this week has been a phenomenally good run for me at 32Red, loads of play time and quite a few cashouts. It all comes down to swings and roundabouts really at the end of the day. The one thing I do know though at 32Red if I am going through a rough spot they care. They sympathise. Quite a few times ive logged on to find a nice chip sitting waiting for me in my account totally out of the blue. Its the small little things that remind you that even when your losing they go out of their way to soften the bad spells. In ten years of playing Ive never been treated as good at any casino as I get treated at 32Red.
