Since I don’t gamble online any longer I started getting tired of deleting promos. iNetBet being the worst with endless promos, I finally decided to unsubscribe.

Yet, after requesting to be unsubscribed the crap kept coming. After a couple more weeks of endless promos I tried to unsubscribe again. After several more promos I again tried. This went on after attempting five different times to unsubscribe.

Finally, I sent this e-mail suspecting my comments would catch their attention. Obviously it worked. They responded in less then 10 minutes to this e-mail which I posted below.

Not that I care that they closed my account, but it’s like they had to get one over me by closing it.

Please unsubscribe @@@@@@@ from your mailing list.

This is the 6th request I made for my e-mail address to be removed from your list. Since, I get all your promos; please don't try the "you didn't receive my e-mail" saga.

Thanks

Dear Carl
This is the first mail we have received on this, please find we have closed your account as per your request.
Our apologies for not receiving earlier ones.
Kind regards
CSR Brian

That's hysterical... I mean... no.. it's not... but it is... know what I mean? :o

I still play at Inetbet and only get emails when there are new promos. I would say an average of 1-2 emails a week maximum. Why not email [email protected] and advise of your problem as I am sure they will make sure you are unsubscibed. I would be shocked if they didn't as they are very reputable IMO.

I am sorry but our support assumed that was what you were requesting, as you stated you tried 6 times to be removed.
I assure you no one was trying to get one over on you.
If this was not your wish please PM me and I will re-open it for you.
Our apologies for misreading your request.
Regards
Emily

No problem Emily, everything is fine the way it is.

If I could make a suggestion; maybe whoever reads these e-mails should be told to actually pay more attention to detail.

"we have closed your account as per your request." Not sure how you came to that conclusion from my e-mail above...
