What do you guys think of casino rewards?

I always get mail from them. I was wondering what kind of reputation they have?

I chatted with a support rep at goldentiger casino last night and I feel like I was being mislead, although its possible Im over-reacting a tad.

I got an email saying that I could play with their $1500 for 1 hour and keep what I win. So I knew that there would be a catch as no casino's just hand you money and say have a great day.

I asked repeateadly what the catch was and they kept saying none. If I win all I need to do is deposit $40 in order to withdraw. Still not believing this, I asked for this bonus terms and conditions. After reading it I actually find out its bonus money Im winning not cash like this rep is stating. Basically the max I can win is $100, I need to deposit $40 and I need to wager the $100 30x.

To me that is no different than a first deposit bonus except you dont waste your time playing an hour for no reason.

I know this isnt a huge deal and maybe the rep didnt understand my questions for whatever reason so im really just wondering what the casino community thinks of these guys.

I find it a little strange.I mean, why would you play for an hour to gain a deposit bonus when you can just play at a casino that offers one anyway

Speaking entirely as a non-bonus player, it beats me why anyone would want to play at a Microgaming casino that has a 48 hour reverse and imposes a $4k max weekly cashout when there are so many other MG casinos around that are so much better.

Well in essence, its nothing but a marketing ploy. Casino rewards are notorious for cross marketing Casinos and will send you offers even if you have already played and signed up. These offers are misleading, but common with them.

My experience with them has been limited because of 32Red. I think I've played once or twice in the past and most recently because I won a $1000 bonus in their 'Rich Rewards' lottery. Be forewarned that they also lock Comp accounts simply because you may be ahead.

To be quite honest, IF I were you (and talking from Experience) I would rather play at 32Red or her sister Casinos. What you see is what you get, no pending periods for withdrawals, instant flushing of funds, vastly superior bonuses to almost all MG Casinos, no weekly limit on payouts, the Best Management team EVER and quite simply put - ZERO BS.

    They're Alright

I'm with Casino Rewards at the moment and they give me what I want regular bonuses! Their offering is very generic but I always know that if I deposit a certain amount I will get a bonus.

Other than that I like Ladbrokes, they have alot of promotions that are varied and have very low wagering requirements, the average is x10 and their recent freespins offer was only x5.

    Oh yes

Also forgot to mention that I got around 4 deposit matches when I first joined Casino Rewards which was nice!

Maybe it's all because they're pretty tired of people opening more than one account - feigning to be another person for whatever reason. Y'know what I mean?

Because for a minimum deposit, you get a massive bonus I love free spin promos and have collected on practically all of them. Unfortunately, I think I've done the majority of Free Hour Spin offers out there, so no more joy for me

In saying that, Im not a fan of Casino Rewards, their terms are confusing. I recall once I earnt a $20 free chip so went in to play it and hello! It was put in my bonus part (not the cash part). That was fine, but what I didnt get, was that after my first few spins - I got the total up to just over $100 and it still sat in my bonus part

I mean, isnt some supposed to shuffle over to your cash part? It occurred to me, how the heck does one win, if all that happens is your bonus points just get higher and higher and nothing actually goes into your cash part? I got angry and threw it away more or less

I think Casino Classic might have been my first account ever at any online casino. I've never tried to make a withdrawal from a Casino Rewards casino so I have no idea how well that goes. The only thing I really don't like about these casinos is the way they throw the word "free" around like they have no idea what it means. Every single ad they've ever sent me (and I have had tons of them) are completely misleading. These aren't the only casinos that do this but they are certainly the worst.

One hour of free play, keep what you win. - You do NOT keep what you win. You can take a bonus from it and that bonus has a maximum allowed.
You have won $500! - I did not win anything. I have to deposit to get a bonus and the bonus has a WR. That is not winning 500 dollars.
And then there are the ones that email me a picture of a cheque for 500 dollars. Not a single word regarding WR or deposits to get it. Just a cheque.

I contacted support once and told them I'd like to cash the cheque. Can I just print it or do you have to send me a real one? I guess you can figure out how well that went over.

It takes about 3 or 4 lines to explain the basics of one of these bonuses and they are NOT free. Just send me something honest. How can I trust a casino if every email they send me is a load of BS?
