    This has now been resolved!

What amazing support.....from problem to solution in under 24 hours! Absolutely amazing!!

I could not withdraw or refund the money as moneybookers locked me for transactions. I uploaded the extra $10 to bring the balance up to the reserve amount that they had locked in my account and tried to refund the money to 32red, 'Computer says NO'!?!? Grrr!
I truly hate Moneybookers. Still have not heard a word from them!

Mark contacted Shirley from payments, who contacted me. Shirley contacted Moneybookers and had the money returned to 32red and then sent it to my Visa. All in under 24 hours! Absolutely amazing and I'm extremely grateful!
32Red have also locked my account from Moneybookers so this doesn't happen again!

I can see now why they are considered the best casino around........ It's simply because it's the truth!!

    Cheers

The more stories I hear about Moneybookers, the more I dont like it but as you mentioned before some casinos wont take anything but moneybookers or net teller. And net tellers fees seem just a little steep to me Well glad it all worked out for ya

Neteller fees?, not sure what you mean here, it doesn`t cost anything (for me anyway`s) to deposit/withdraw to/from Neteller .

Agree with you 100% regarding Moneybookers/Shrill though, after the Betfair fiasco and their involvement I closed my account there.

You must be a VIP at Neteller. Those people don't have to pay fees.
Us normal people do have to pay

I`ve never had to pay fees there, bar from a 1% commission charge if I load up using Ukash, the only time i`ve been charged by a casino for withdrawing was from 10Bet my £2000 when it hit my Neteller account was £1999 (I can suffer that lol).

    BLOODY MONEYBOOKERS.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! TOTAL PAINS IN THE ARSE!!!

They ended up removing my merchant account that was never asked for in the first place but now have locked my account AGAIN!!
They want me to send my ID to London even though my account is fully verified. I rang them up (an international call of course!!) and they basically said that it's their right to request documents when they want! GRRRR!!!

Every time you get money in your account there they lock it for 'security reasons' then when you unlock it they lock your ability to do transactions.
What an idiotic e-wallet they are. Punish a member for using the service as intended.

I told the lady on the phone to just close my account and send any remaining funds to my bank and was told I'd have to log on and submit my request via their website!

I've still received no reply from my emails a week ago! Why would I write again?(If you do your message is pushed to the back of the line and you have to wait all over again!)

This happened in the past with another email address I used to use and I ended up closing that one too for the same reasons! I got sick of my account being locked every time my funds went in there from a casino or I uploaded funds! "Locked for security purposes"!

What a bunch of pains in the arses!

Never again will I use Moneybookers!
