Connection Issue at 32Red

I had this too, but as it happened noone on cm had posted this yet, so i thought oh well, nvm, but then it happened again on feb2 @ RedFlush, and i had already cheke 32Red, GoWild an Platinum Play, and saw several problems there too, hoever, what bothered me was that one of the two daily cash tourneys in RedFlush, which i always play, didnt work, (the thunderstruck II one), but i did play the avalon, where i ended up third.

Now the next day this tourney as gone, not in the list, not under my tournaments, and certainly not cancelled: i had already seen it played by all.
So i contacted support for my prize, and what had happened:

Me: i ha made a spot, thir place, and indeed now its gone

Denis: perhaps the tournament has ended?

Me: but it is no longer visible

Me: however the 2nd one is visible as cancelled
Denis: how would you like me to assist you?
Me: well i woul like the 25 that the 3d spot paid

Denis: tournament winnings are paid by MGS, and take between 24-48hours after tournament ends
Denis: Is there anything further that I can assist you with ?
Me: then i would like you to track it, it was daily cash tournament FEB1201(AV)
Me: normally its paid directly
Me: and i could see my payint spot, but now it has vanished

Denis: Tournaments are not hosted by us, we are mearly the portal you use to access the tournament, via MGS. if you won in the Tournament, your winnings will get credited to your account after 24-48hours
Me: well this is a casino special and not a typical one hour freeroll
Me: does that matter?
Denis: no, all tournaments are hosted by MGS not us


so that was no help.
Then the next day it was visible again, but now as cancelled!!
I felt a bit screwed right there...
I bet the spots 1, 2 and the few paying ones below me felt the same, i am very curious if "MG"
or RedFlush paid them..
Is this normal?

I know its free money, and i am not the most loyal depositor in RedFLush, but they are to blame themselves since they made me mad at the first withdrawal attempt (long story) and
the few deposits after that went down so cold i almost felt cheated, so i just kept them for tourneys
and maybe for later if i got lucky or had too much winnings from somewhere else

So is there something wrong in this total picture? What do you guys think?
