Connection Issue at 32Red

lol! I hear ya. I dont know how many chat operators I have talked too when I have had issues with the casino that have offered me that exact same solution and yup, never works for me either

In the end, I usually get that wild, I end up uninstalling it permantly

but i am not a "casino operator" :P

and in some cases i uninstaled the casino permanently yes....

and in 1 case it worked...

I had a peculiar thing happen today.

There was a couple of disconnections (think that might have been be as opposed to the casino though) - I was playing Immortal Romance.

When I logged back in, whenever I got a 'Big Win' - it didn't display the box at all at the bottom along with the graphics. Just counted up the win as normal in the payout window. It's like it totally forgot there was a 'Big Win' notification. Really odd. I didn't get that many, but the five red women with the wild kicker always does it, and didn't. Just the win amount at the bottom.

I was low rolling today messing about so they probably thought 'Go f**k yourself with your pathetic bets - you're getting no pretty graphics till you go back to normal'

oh so its happening to others. Pretty funny when I tried talking to their live support which I was also disconnected from 100's of times, they said none of their other players had problems, just me.

Maybe thats why I lost so much there. Any time someone gets close to hitting a jackpot the site kicks you out and resets

So MG likes to lie and blame their customers and disconnect people a lot? And this is an accredited casino because? Maybe it should be listed here that MG has poor connection so that puts pressure on them to fix it instead of playing dumb and telling me to get a new connection.

Yes EVERY TIME i play actually, what its makes me little iritated is i get new session when this happens. Most of the time i cant have 100spins so i get new session and i know how things has been since this happened late desember.

yes i have uinstalled, delete all files and install everything again, none of them work :S

Why? It's a little hard to explain but whenever I got disconnected from a game that was paying bad, and directly went back to that game, I won. 9 times out of 10, and that's no lie. I didn't mind at all

Then I got me a better and faster computer. The games are running smothly and I almost never get disconnected. Maybe have happened one time this year and not more.
I do believe that some can be blame on the casino, but your connection and your computer do have a lot to do with it also.
I have read seventh and vwm's explanations of why, and how some the problems can be fixed, and hopefully they will get in here giving you some advices again what you can do.

It is not my connection or my computer. The casino games work in every other casino but theirs.

Me too, only disconnections from games though.
Had this problem in December, and things got better.

If I worked there I wouldn't be able to play, and that I will continue to do.

Since you have asked them to permanently ban you from all of their casinos, I believe you won't have any problems with them anymore.

I also have this problem @ the 32RED GRP. I even filled out a survey and took screenshots and even made a video of Immortal Romance fucking up. And guess what!!? No one ever got back to me with a response whatsoever (It was promised)....Still alot of disconnections...

Im am a club rouge member and deposit alot..ALOT! But still..they didnt give a damn about this issue im sorry to say..

when i get wild desire on IM it gets this crazy looking, the reel wild sticks and other symbolys also glitch somehow

im so glad im not alone, as i really tought i was only one who gets dissconections. what makes me iriteted is that i get new session when i get disconected and i dont like that, if i want to play 300 spins i really get frustreted when i get disconected on 70th spin as i think my full rtp wil be more on +100th (i know its random but i really like to play on one session) and this have been happening since beggining of january.
