I also finally won at their casino. I don't feel that its so easy getting wins at 32red.
My money always goes like blowing dust. No matter how i play.

But did manage to win and withdraw 200$ yesterday.

Second to none

I have now had several emails with them.
My last 2 deposits was UKASH, 20£ and 15£.
But 3 deposits before that was with Skrill/moneybookers
50$,50$ and 66$.

So how come they wont pay me back to Skrill/moneybookers.
I have made loads deposits with this in past.

I though they honour their customes in best interest. And pay with prefered method.
Yes i had only made visa card deposit last several months then yes I would understand this.

But the second answer here does not sound like 2nd to none in my ears

Now I have to wait up to 5 days for them to reach my bank. I spoke to Live chat as well who was kind to flush withdrawal.
But also instructed them to please speak with cashier. To please make sure money would be sent to my Skrill account.
As I wished to deposit tonight and play with a bonus. I can't do that either now.

Awesome hit and probably the best x4 reels wild hit you can get, as far as your withdrawal problem I would PM Mark/Steve here, withdrawing to Skrill should be okay as you have deposited with it.

Hi I have pm the official REP here which is the Director. When trying Steve it says he can not receive more PM's.
Maybe he is busy with other complaints???

From my point of view BAD start for 32red this year.

I will be making seperate complaint thread about their way to handle withdrawals.
This is NOT the first time they have let me down and made mistake.

Last time they did it as well, made excuses not to pay me on moneybookers/skrill.
But saved it last second to get some of it paid to my moneybookers. Despite all should had gone there.

I have checked my account and it states proccesed to visa card....

Nothing seems to be done there.

Also all my emails IGNORED!! Bad business practise 32RED!!

And guess what just happened?? though I would make some deposits as luck finally seems to going my way at 32RED...
