The examples below are a good example of how we need to be patient and allow the forum rep some time to sort things out.
The OP has gone from "they're great" to "they're not great" to "they suck and I'm going to make several complaints blah blah" back to "top notch service they're wonderful".....all in the space of 12 hours.
IMO the absolute least you can do, especially when dealing with the top tier of operators, is give them a minimum of 24 hours to get it sorted. The OP could have saved themselves all of this hassle if they had asked for the method to be changed to skrill going forward, instead of waiting until the next withdrawal. The OP admitted it has happened a few times lately, so they knew it was highly likely to happen again, so why not get it sorted beforehand (or use skrill instead of ukash to begin with) rather than throw a fit and giving them no time to work it out.
You know these guys are legit, but mistakes do happen, and you know they will sort it out ASAP, so why carry on like a two-bob watch? I just don't get some people.

The reason for my frustration, was the problem with my withdrawal. As they should had sent it to Skrill. But they said my last deposit was made with Visa card, which was no true. At same point they said sent back to Visa card.
You have to understand that, its easy to get frustrated when you finally win. And then something goes wrong with the withdrawal.
I would not had complained if it had taken 48 hours for money arrive at my Skrill account.
Reason was it had been sent to my visa card and 3-5 days would take.
Why am I not allowed to express my feelings when something does not go right Nifty???
If you check anywhere I post if its been complains. Then I am quick there to rectify this by given the praise deserved. Or expressing my appreciation
Also Nifty you are wrong in what you say as well. I should had used Skrill as withdrawal method??? I have it set as my prefered method.
And also made withdrawal with Skrill. At same time when I went to live chat and got it flushed. They helped and sent to cashier. To make sure making it go to my Skrill account. Nice try put me in bad light though Nifty

Even the already proccesed visa card withdrawal has been sent to my Skrill account.
And new withdrawal of 200$ I made 2 hours ago also recieved.

I don't care what you're tired of to be honest. I post my opinion, just like you do....and I will continue to do so and will not be told what to say by you. Also, I won't be sending you PMs every time I want to say something that relates to you. Sorry.
The point I was making, which you ignored, was that instead of posting every time some little aspect of the issue changes, and passing judgement on 32red that changes according to each little change, you could have just contacted the rep and given them 24 hours to sort it out.
If you had have been patient and reasonable, this whole thread could have been about your nice win and how 32red helped you out to resolve an issue. The whole problem was sorted in about 14 hours. The casino did not deserve to bear the brunt of your rantings IMO.
Don't make this a personal thing because it isn't. If you can't accept other's opinions, then maybe you shouldn't post in public fora. If you just want people who agree with you to post, then start a blog.
Re: the moderator stuff.
I've been warned a couple of times....in 12 years. I accepted the criticism each time.
If I am moderating, I'm sure the moderators will moderate accordingly.
FYI telling me that I can't post in reply to you, but rather insisting that I PM, is called moderating.
Your statement that I'm following you or whatever....very amusing. Feel free to provide some evidence to back that up, or apologise. If I've commented on your post/s, then it will be about the issue you raised, and whether I agree or disagree. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that's what forums were for.

I think what Nifty was trying to say is that 32Red is in a class of its own. They don't win casino of the year every single year because people win more there than elsewhere, or because they NEVER have a glitch in a system or payout or whatever. They win because of how they deal with the odd mistake that crops up....quickly and efficiently. And I would daresay that 99.9% of the time the customer ends up being MORE than satisfied with the outcome. I understand why you were upset...I've had it happen to me also. As the saying goes.....shit happens. But I think that once again, Pat has proven how they go above and beyond any other casino to make sure it got looked after. Try having this happen at almost any other casino on the net, and see how long you wait for resolution, or even for an answer for that matter.
So I think Nifty's point is that given 32Red's track record in these cases, the appropriate thing to do would have been to give Pat time to sort it out for you..rather than stating how they are over rated, or that you were pissed with them or whatever. I do get the need to vent...but honestly, I've been a player here almost since they opened with just the one casino. You will always be looked after.
