OK, so I recycled about 15k at Royal Vegas last week... didnt withdraw. So last night I went in and started playing my 'weekend' mode bets (high) at Royal Vegas deposited and lost about 2k in 8 hrs... wasn't happy this morning. I go to check the mail and see a VIP offer from ROXY PALACE on a CD mailed to me. I thought to myself, it hasn't been a good couple of days for me so should I give it a try?? ... oh well you know the answer if you are a gambler lol

So, I put in about 300 and got my bonus and played it through without much returns... and THEN I decide to put about 200 more to see if anything comes through and BANG Isis came through for me in the last 20 bucks and I was clicking $10 each push... so you can imagine my heart rate.

Just wanted to post this to see how the turnaround for cashout in Roxy Palace is , if anyone has dealt with them.

Just a quick update ... I went on live chat to confirm my bonus play throughs was completed as I record everything and had awesome customer service as well ... Nope ... Bank transfer ... They had an issue with the SWIFT number but I had to call them up last week to resolve it .... Still no money !

try to contact their rep here (they are acredited)

when i made the request it was by neteller i received in less than 48 hours

after that i made more deposites but dont cashed out.

Sunny, since you are in Australia you can have access to a wide range of e-wallets eg neteller, moneybookers and possibly ecocard as well. Depositing and withdrawing relatively hassle-free and much cheaper than wire transfers afaik.
