    Club World Mystery Promotions

I understand that each casino can conduct promotions as they wish but the mystery promotion in the CW cashier really takes the cake. They have a continual 65% promo for slots so it was expected that the 5 mystery coupons Ato E should come with something better. So I tested all 5 coupons in the cashier and discovered they were all in the range of 60% -70%. Given that there are continual 65% bonuses this mystery promo is unappealing to put it mildly. Come on CW, if you really want to send out a promo at least ensure its worth the trouble.

Well, chuchu, maybe they are trying to win back the players they recently lost due to the backlog of withdrawal payments. Now that they are 'back on track' players can gamble with how long they will stay on top of timely payouts again

But honestl;y what are they thinking. They already have 65% continual bonuses so why have mystery promotions that only offer 60% -70%. Do they think players will fall over themselves for a mere extra 5%?

Perhaps the terms are better on the mystery coupons than on the 65% continuing slots one. If not, what's the point, why not just use the 65% ongoing one and know exactly what you are getting on every deposit. I can't see this drawing back US players who drifted away when they had these payment issues, and players from elsewhere would be playing anyway, and thinking "what's the point" when they find out that the mystery coupons are either 5% worse or 5% better than the ongoing 65% ones.

The ongoing one used to be 35%, so the other promotions were clear winners at the 60% to 70% range. They also came with spiced up extras, like a $500 free chip on Monday for making all the WR on the weekend ones.

Maybe, because they have it as a "mystery"...they are HOPING players will deposit and take the CHANCE they are going to get a decent % bonus. They need "fresh" promo people or something. Personally, I think if legislation is passed this year where US players can return to playing 'legally' online, a lot of these RTG outfits are going to drop off the face of the cyberworld.

There are too many "better" places for US players to chose from and the bad treatment US players have been receiving in the last few years will show (heck the last few months even) survival of the fittest. Casinos with non-communicative reps, slow paying account departments, CSR who are so out of the loop, or even email problems...these are the casinos who should be sitting up and saying to themselves, "Hey...a...if we want to stay in business, maybe we should start treating our players a little better. Start listening to them. Responding to problems. Etc., etc., etc..."

I'm seriously wondering if some of these RTG outfits think the players' are so naive, that once it's legalized, US players will forgive and forget the awful treatment they've received in the last few years.

Ok, now that I've totally derailled from the topic...SORRY! *going back to the quiet corner now*

    Kim,
Did you not know they are devising a new drug named 'Forget and forgive' to feed their players. Their current motto is 'milk 'em while you can'

I think most of the rtgs realize that their chances of getting a license in the USA are slim to none, or just financially beyond their reach. As I have always said, gambling belongs to the states. Each state will have the choice to allow gambling and at what level. Most states will require a physical presence as well. There are very strict requirements for licensing, including criminal background. Any unregulated casino that has allowed USA players have in essence, practiced racketeering. It is clear to me that the OCs are going to take advantage of Americans for as long as they have left, which is very short sighted. I do not know of one online casino that wants regulation.

A few weeks ago they had a promotion, "beautiful" something I think it was, and it was for 65% also, but it had a play through of 25X, and the Slots65 continual bonus only has a 20X play through.

    Go figure.....

None of the rtgs, including the accredited ones, will want regulation as they are still sub-standard in many areas. Personally, I feel only 32RED will welcome regulation as what they are presently doing should be in compliance with the regulatory framework. Even 3Dice might not make it as they have been accepting US players since day 1 and regulators may feel its a slap in their faces. I sure hope regulation comes soon and by then there will be a more level playing field for casino and player alike.
