    VIP status vs Withdrawal allowed

Ok, I might have been a little dense but I have never heard of being denied a full allowable withdrawal by T&C's max limit that was reduced down to the lowest level they say you are allowed on the VIP scale. To be a depositing member for years one would think they are a VIP of top notch, no?

Has anyone come across this tier of VIP rules for withdrawal? And it being enforced by the casino? When you have had no idea you actually were being profiled for being a VIP? Then they pick and choose and tell you after the fact that you were indeed on the scale of a VIP but of the lowest ranking allowed...even after years of playing..

This all has become so confusing...any input on this would be of utmost help.....this is not a gripe or a b*tch and moan...just fact finding since I have NEVER in all the years I have been playing come across this action by ANY casino I have played at and was wondering if anyone else had this happen and is it fixable, changeable or do you just sit back and go with this????

Might help if we knew what casino you were talking about. I'm VIP at CW and was at Sloto (Rival) and never heard of anything like that.

    Agree.

Different casinos have different definitions of VIP too. Some actually have all players as VIPs, but its really just a loyalty points scheme that everyone joins when they create an account. The other type is the true VIP program, where you need to fulfill certain criteria like deposit levels per month etc, and you get decent benefits like your own VIP host and freebies.

Actually, with both types you get better perks as you climb the ladder, including faster cashouts.

So, I guess the question is are you a true VIP player (you would be aware if you were IMO) or just a normal player on the lowest loyalty level....and I don't mean that disparagingly.

I still don't get why people play at any Casino that has withdrawal limits, if you win you should be able to withdraw all of it or you shouldn't be depositing in the first place.

I was fine with the limit stated in the T&C's which was decent. I did not see the "fine print" of the "we will pay in installments as per your VIP status that we say you are" garbage. (it was located elswhere) I was very, very badly mislead or very, very blind. Either way, it was a very nasty surprise when I went to withdraw. My bad...if I get no resolution to the amount allowed per week, within the week, I will definitely name the casino and post it for the new players and old timers too.

I am usually very careful, but somehow, this one slipped through the cracks or I must have overlooked it. either way, a very nasty surprise that I would not want anyone else to experience.

Why not just name the casino?

If all you're doing is discussing their terms then it shouldn't be a problem.

The terms read like something from LosePalace group or Top Lame.
