All Jackpots and bonus

I recently deposit my usual 25 dollars into all jackpots (I only make small deposits,not a big gambler) and as I waited for the usual 10% deposit bonus I played a bit. After a few minutes and it still hadn't showed up I contacted live support and inquired about it. This is his reply
I can see that according to our casino management sent you an email on December 26, 2011 letting you know the following: ' After reviewing your account history, Casino management
has decided to exclude your account, xxxxxxxxxxxx

bonuses. Given your gaming patterns, we believe that
your participation in our promotions places you at an
unfair advantage over our other players. Therefore,
beginning on December 26, 2011, you will be excluded from
all promotions, including the loyalty program, at our
casino group'

casinos. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter,
and if you have any other questions, please don’t
hesitate to contact us.

I was flabbergasted! I played here for years and felt betrayed! Mind you I only deposit 25 dollars and my bonus amount each time is a mere 2.50!! Well I ended it with them and will never go back to there casino or a casino from that group again. When 32red gets instadebit withdrawals I will gladly give them my loyalty.

Good choice... A Casino who Bonus bans you on a 10% or $2.50 bonus is actually not worth your time. I am astounded at the levels MG Cassino's are stooping to... It gets worse by the day.

You won't go wrong with 32Red - Good Luck and don't even bother replying to them or returning there. They can keep their $2.50 bonus,

Maybe I'm just brain dead from all the paperwork, but that bit I quoted doesn't make any sense to me. And all over a 10% bonus at that....

They are NOT worth it. All Jackpot Casino and "VIP Casino" or whatever they call it. They suddelny decided to remove my account from VIP.
And said i was no longer worth it.

I have not deposited since. Despite several emails. I even lost all my comp points, despite trying to ask If i could have them back if started playing again......

They also got worse and worse.... no nice surprises anymore. I used to get a nice bask around christmas or around birthday.

Also once and a while they sent a nice bonus.

But suddenly this stopped couple years back. Also support got slower. The last withdrawals i had with was also more delayed.

Before all this. I would say they were the best casino group out there.

Jackpotfactory really has gone down, and i bet they have lost 1000's of players which has gone to 32RED.

That part about the un-fair advantage has me confused also. Did I win to much? I doubt it...I usually cash out at 50 or 100 dollars. I am truely not a big time gambler...lol. I to use to get a surprise bonus from this group every now and then but ya..they have gone downhill and FAST ! 32red doesn't have an option for me to withdraw..the time I won they sent me a check but that was last resort , They have my deposit option and last I heard they were working on the withdrawal so I hope to go there again soon!
