I dont know what that means. Anyone care to explain. What if i have lost my deposit and bonus at all of their establishments, would i be eligible then or not. I tried to ask their CS if i can get the bonus explaining them this term, and they did not know either . Basically this makes me think that if i deposit and win they will void my winnings, but if i lose its ok. I dont like this type of terms at all. Either you are eligible or not.

what i understand from that text is that, if you have lost your money (deposite and bonus) you are eligible, if you have money left in some of your other accounts, you are not eligible.

That could be the case, or then it could be that if you have won money and not wagered your initial deposit 100 times, you are not eligible. It also could be that if you have lost your deposit and bonus and therefor not wagered 100 times your initial deposit at their other establishments, your not eligible.

i claim it and i didnt bet 100x or neither 50x or neither 10x _(i lost it in bout 2x bet or less) with max bets of $0.45
