I like the software, and there are a number of these casinos I do like, but....
...there are some serious issues that need to be tackled el Pronto.

You need to start kicking Kiwi's butts about this ridiculous 4 or 5 business day wait for cashins. Its really not necessary nowadays, especially for players like myself that have played there since pre-playtech days.

And with the plethora of bad results posted on several gaming fronts, we could use some verification of fairness!

Let me explain something. When i say that i don't like Playtech's software it is not because i sometimes lose money there. It is because when i compare my results at Playtech with the results of Micro,Crypto or RTG - it is always different in negative way. Playing the same style at all casinos i can never hit 500,600$ win at Playtech which i do quite often with other softs. I also lose quite often at Micro- but at least i can win big there sometimes. This NEVER happened to me at Playtech. And with all my experience i don't believe that it has to do smth with bad luck.Originally Posted by casinomeister
I gave Antigua Gaming commission a call today and this is what I found out from the licensing administrator.
Brandy Casino, Swiss Casino, Sun gaming (Sunny Group) all have had their licenses renewed even though their website (Antigua's) doesn't reflect this.
But Club Dice's license expired in January. "we're working on the paperwork," she said. (this is the same thing she told me late last May/early June. I asked her if this casino has been operating without a license. She said, "yes". I asked her if the casinos have a warning period before a pending renewal and she said licensees are notified three months in advance of the expiration date.
So Club Dice has been operating for 7 months without a license. If someone would care to dispute this, now is the time.
By the way you can call the Antiguan Gaming commission yourself at Tel: (268)481-3300 and ask them in case you don't believe me.
I've decided as a favor for Playtech, I'll begin answering the questions I presented to them on my own. If any operators want to help me out on this, that would be cool. So far, I've answered two of the questions in today's newsletter. I'll have the rest answered for them in the next edition so they won't have to bother with them anymore. See what a nice guy I can be?![]()

DDD, i agree i have the same problem. I can win big at all casino except playtec. In fun mode i make alot of cash.
I thought playtec owned clubdice casino??
I believe this is merely a rumor. The licensing administrator said that the casino had a change in ownership - thus the delay in the licensing (7 months!) so I'm not sure about that.Originally Posted by bethug
Regardless, Playtech is well aware of the "non-licensing" since I asked them about this a couple of months ago.

My main concern when playing online is software's fairness. And when i hear that software provider doesn't even control their casino's licensing i start to think about what level of fairness can this software provider give me as a player. And my thoughts aren't positive ones. Playtech is definately not on the player's side when it comes to licensing and other legal stuff, and i have reasons to believe that they are also not on the fair side when it comes to software's randomness.
