So for two months ago i had really nice run at spin palace and i wagered about ++ 70K$ and made my self almost top of their loyality program, before this i had played all my deposit with no bonus and never bothered about that.

since i saw that platinum players get really nice deposit offers and i woundered why i never get any emails or see any promotion on my lobby, so i went to the live chat and talked to a english speak guy and he told me they didnt have any promotion at the moment but i knew that was lie as i knew they had promotion on the lobby before i sign in. so i chatted days later with norwegian support and he told me the honest true, that since i was on + so i was banned from all promotion, and i told him that i have never got any bonus from you guys even before i went from - to + and he said since i never got bonus he will credit my acount with 50 free spin, yey! 50free spin and special bets since im platinum player! WRONG! 50 free spins on eagel wings with 5LINE selected and the lowest coin, won 0.48cent from it. what it really makes it funny is, he told me to not wager more than 30% of it if i win, lol yeah 30% of 0.48

now i know that most of casinos dont like if you are on + side and ban you from most promotions but the casino has house egde and they will win to the end no matter what and im a slot player and no "hit and go player" so why would you ban a player from promotion? espacially when i finally made my self to the top of their loyality program?

there are 3 casinos that im plus at the moment these three is (club world *yes rtg and dont ask me how* lol, betfair *yes i have quited after they raised my min bet to 1.2MILLION no joke & they are rough* and spin palace)

i just need more luck at 32red as i have deposited all my wins from other casinos in there and filled neteller countless times, so my luck at 32red is not the greatest but what makes them the best is becaouse i really feel appreciated and i know im safe there, not only that, 32red is like a family member of CM, they post jokes wich is super funny, involves them in all kind of post to show people that they are there if you need anything and always help you in no time. so yeah you guys rock, just turn that win button for me and lets get married

Being ahead at 32Red for over $15k overall and being ahead at their other brands never got me bonus banned. My loyalty remained the same and all bonus offers remained the same. In fact, even If I had claimed the Club Rouge bonus for the day and wanted some extra game time, support would always be keen to see if they could afford me a match bonus.

As with all MG's - You could lose $5k - $10k and hit a streak for $15k. I experienced that at 32Red many times, I DID ultimately come out ahead and stay ahead for many months (I am still ahead).

How could you even fathom staying with this group if the level of offers on Platinum are so poor?

To this very day, No Casino can offer me better than what I had at 32Red, be it service or bonuses, promptness or friendliness, appreciation or just lending an ear to what I have to say.
