I-Gaming Rep Compliments--Tom from Club World.

Considering how much I have gambled online off and on over the past dozen years I can't believe I only joined CM a few months ago. Access to I-Gaming Reps (those that represent Accredited Casinos especially) is invaluable.

On two occasions now, I have PMd Tom, the Rep here for Club World. For each situation, he has promptly and replied and made every effort to resolve my issue quickly.

I had another positive experience with Bodog Becky. I see all the Complaint Threads so I thought it may be nice to have a Thank You for a job well done Thread.

I'm certain Tom cannot always satisfy everyone, nor can he always say "Yes" any more than a B&M Casino Host can. But, like a good host, he will and does do what he can to make we, the patrons, as happy as possible in any given situation.

So, to Tom and the rest of the Reps I have never had the pleasure of dealing with, thank you for your hard work and effort and thank you CM for giving us access to this avenue of support.
