OK, i decided last night to give it a go as it gets a good rep here so off i went and made my first deposit of £40. Seeing that i only received 100%, i went and contacted support who then gave me a 300% bonus.

I know its my own fault that i should have realized (as first depo bonus is 200%) but off i went to play slots anyway.

I grinded away for quite a few hours low rolling and went to check my wagering. OMG, Mr BoJangles (my King Charles doggie) yelped as i stood on his toes in shock...i STILL had £16,700 to wager!!!

WTH? I went to support again and apparently i was given a VIENNA300 bonus which has 145 wagering.

Fair dues to Maks there, he was fantastic and after a bit of a wait he replaced the bonus with the proper welcome bonus.

My only gripe is, is that i had to restart the wagering all over again and that was after i had already wagered around £1,300 on the first bonus.....

And do people really take these bonuses?

I mean, who wants to depo £40 and have to wager £17,400?

Hi,

I've deposited $100 and had to wager $20,000+, but still managed to withdraw $1500+. It's possible to win but it's VERY VERY risky and requires a lot of discipline.
My advice is don't take the bonus but if you are risk taker, then you can take their bonuses. So far, i had no problems with Club Gold withdrawals.

They should be a fine casino but their bonus wagering is
CRAAAaaaaAAAAZZZZZZZZZzZZZZYyyyyyYYYyyyYY~ :p

They also have a term that if you take a sign up bonus and are able to get through wagering, you're still only allowed to withdraw 10x your original deposit.

4.16. A welcome bonus is only valid in respect of Your initial deposit into Your Player Account. The maximum amount of winnings which may be paid by the Casino in relation to any welcome bonus shall not exceed the lower of EUR 5,000 or ten times the amount of Your initial deposit.

So what you are saying Chayton, is that if i had come by a stroke of luck and that i had of completed the £17,400 wagering, i would have only been able to withdraw £400??.....

If so, WOW, just WOW!!!

That's not what I'M saying, it's what THEY'RE saying. ;)

Actually it bugs me too because you're allowed to play progressive games...so if you win a progressive jackpot you're still stuck with a max cashout and they get to keep the rest. That seems a little dodgy to me.

EDIT: Just FYI, I'm not positive that they hold players to this term, maybe someone who withdrew after taking the SUB could chime in.

They allow progressives because if you do win the jackpot the winnings can help you complete the monster playthrough:D.

Allowing progressives to be played with a max cashout bonus is predatory.

The way to remedy is remove the max cashout term, or make progressive jackpots exempt like some casinos do.

Carmel the CG rep is very nice, but she would have to book and pay for a private weekend getaway with 5 of Hugh Hefners finest for me and 4 friends to even have a chance of persuading me to take that bonus.

Lol....they would have to resurrect Andy Whitfield (RIP) for me to contemplate it!
