Thread: Sorry but 32RED has been lacking on support for me anyways

    Sorry but 32RED has been lacking on support for me anyways

    I had a issue last week which was resolved and was very happy at end. But now having problems again with dash casino as new games wont play. Thats not the real problem, problem for me is that they kept telling me its my computer find I unloaded,reloaded still new games wouldnt play. Then I downloaded at work on different comp. same problem so I right support again now thew say there is a problem with the software, the thing is they get rave review on customer srevice well for me its been no different than any other casino recently days go before I here back, mind you if its a deposit issue there right there in a hour. Now I cant log into 32RED. The thing is they knew it was a software problem way before my last e-mail and knew I was having problems because I have 50 free games with Immortal Romance and couldnt play because game wouldnt download but no one got back to me not till I contacted them.

    they probably didnt know about the software issue at first time... dont worry, if your spins expire or anything else they will quickly compensate you im pretty sure.

    32red is easily one of the top 5 casinos...

    contact the rep here or live support again and they will solve it

    32red don't make the software so give them a break. Support cannot program changes upon request.

    It works perfectly on my PC, so it was a software problem we would all be having it....most likely its something on your pc etc. Give them some time eh?

    I'm also sure its more to do with not being able to play your free spins...which is fine, but don't make it about how bad you think 32red are just because you're impatient.

    Nifty29.... Nothing wrong in being impatient, if you have a reason. Just because you might have, got the wrong foot out of bed. Does not mean its okay for you to act policeman, and tell him he is just impatient...

    I have got lots of issues with 32RED as well. And everyone know how many problems they have with disconnecting and slots running slow etc.
    Gowild Casino always runs perfect here and never got or had issues when playing there....

    Bit strange ehhhh??

    Just because 32RED in your and lot other opinions are the best casino and all their awards etc. But it does not make them God of earth...

    But the the advise given here was good... so get hold of livechat deepsky2 and see what they can do. You have prob already done so

    I have explained this type of error/glitch/bug many times, but you may have missed it, so I will go through the motions once again, but, before I do, I want you to try one thing, before you log into Dash open task manager, when you click on the shortcut to Dash are there several instances of casino.exe running simultaneously?. If so click on end process until there is just one.

    Try this 1st, then we will try some other stuff.

    This is not, I repeat not, a problem their end.

    Its a software issue why me maybe its do to that im in canada I dont know here is the e-mail

    Maybe they are not God of Earth but blaming them for something that is not their fault is hardly the way to go either, every single P.C. out there is unique due to hardware/OS/and the software installed on it, for their IT to have a cat in hell`s chance of solving these problems they would need all this info and more.

    Huge clue as to why it is not their problem is if it was, it would affect everyone using them, it does not.

    And its not the free games, yes it would be nice to play them. First a little fusterated because a pevious issue took them almost 4 weeks to resolve and they even sent me a e-mail saying it was unacceptable that they took that long. It was fixed fine, but I've had other issues so I'm venting bvecause for the past 3,4 days they havn't responded not till today........my point is yes they are a very good casino but they do sometimes have issues and I wouldnt never come on here to make up something because I couldn't play my free spins.

    I posted e-mail from them admitting it is a software problem. Perhaps its to do with the canada site?
