I posted e-mail from them admitting it is a software problem. Perhaps its to do with the canada site?
Okay, step number one, you need to do a thorough uninstall have you got a good cache cleaning software?, if not d/l CCleaner.
1). Uninstall Dash using the tools section in CCleaner.
2). Use the registry fix tool in CCleaner.
3). Use the cache cleaner in CCleaner.
4). Manually clean your registry using regedit.
To do this click on start>run, type in regedit and click ok, when regedit opens in the tool bar click on edit and open find, in the find box type in dash and click on return, when it finds a file related to dash, delete it, then click on f3, rinse and repeat till all files are found and deleted.
Make firefox your default browser.
Reinstall Dash.
