Sorry but 32RED has been lacking on support for me anyways

Okay, step number one, you need to do a thorough uninstall have you got a good cache cleaning software?, if not d/l CCleaner.

1). Uninstall Dash using the tools section in CCleaner.

2). Use the registry fix tool in CCleaner.

3). Use the cache cleaner in CCleaner.

4). Manually clean your registry using regedit.

To do this click on start>run, type in regedit and click ok, when regedit opens in the tool bar click on edit and open find, in the find box type in dash and click on return, when it finds a file related to dash, delete it, then click on f3, rinse and repeat till all files are found and deleted.

Make firefox your default browser.

Reinstall Dash.

Thank you but its not available on mine no prob with GoldenLounge,32Red and NedPlay just Dash. It actually says comming soon.
I downloaded the casino at work as well a totaly different computer and same thing, shows as a new game comming soon.

There`s your problem you have downloaded a cached and out of date install, remove it like I explained in previous post

Thanks but its not working I tried everthing. But they have told it is a software issue I posted there e-mail.

You have uninstalled Dash?, unless there are worldwide servers (which i`m not sure of), then this is the cause as the server you appear to be logged into is a few months out of date, weird, and this happens at every MGS casino I use - Sometimes when I log in the latest games are missing and after a complete exit and relog they re-appear, oh well good luck

P.S.

If they do not use worldwide servers then it is not a software problem as I just logged into Dash and IR was available for me.

Thanks for your help........Yes I have uninstalled so many times I cant count. I to sometimes have problems games missing and have log back in
and then they appear but with Immortal still says comming soon and like I said downloaded software on a different computer and same thing happen.
The other 2 new games just released dont appear either. The strange thing is on the pop up promotion page shows the 2 new games and immortal buut when I go go to the game page click on new games Immortal shows comming soon and the other 2 games do not show.

If the site you are d/l from states that IR is coming soon then for some bizarre reason it is out of date, but this should not be a problem as updates should be downloaded to you (ie new games etc) as soon as you log in, unless ofc the site is so bugged that it has not got the updates from the latest few months of new game releases, which does appear to be the case as you have tried this on two different PC`s.

I recently received this bonus also and did not have a problem with it, and I have got this month`s new games at Dash also, weird one.

Problem has not been resolved 32Red support said it is a software issue and when its resolved they will contact me.........Im guessing threw the week before its fixed
