Deposit in cyber-space... and its a FRIDAY!!!

So just deposited $100 into Crazy Vegas via Poli. Have always used it (as I dont like credit cards)... and never had depositing problems... ever... till today!

My deposit went thru and is showing as being deducted from my bank account... so clearly nothing I did wrong there. However, it is not showing at Crazy Vegas end. Most distressing as $100 is a lot for me to put in at a time.
Contacted chat and of course the transaction is not showing there end. What ticked me was that cs told me it had been rejected. WTF? How can a Poli transaction direct from my bank account be rejected? One can clearly see ones balance so it's not as if I deposited too much. And it still doesn't explain why the transaction showed as going thru and as having been deducted from my account!
So standard response... please send bank statement... which I will do tomorrow when it shows more details.

So I asked where is this info that my deposit has been rejected. She told me it shows in playcheck ??? Playcheck just shows game play does it not? I haven't received an email saying my deposit was rejected (this I know from bad old cc days)... and nothing is showing in my transaction history. So where did she get this info from?
She (cs) said they would mail me the audit. I hope so because otherwise I'll have to take it up via Poli and my bank... SIGH!

So $100 may not seem like alot but it is to me as I have aspergers syndrome as well as epilepsy... so tho I have a part-time job I dont work many hours and my pay is based on my productivity.... which isn't high as I have trouble with working fast (wish I could find a job in computers as am great with this . )

Anyways... not looking for sympathy but just a vent... so hope no one minds

So gettting back to crazy vegas... i have put in quite a few thousand over the last cpl of years in several of their casinos... a cpl of withdrawals. Have put in $570 since new yrs eve at crazy vegas... and then todays deposit of $100. Probably pittance in the grand scheme of things.
But not sure which part I'm more po'd about...

... that my deposit has gone missing (I get these things happen)

... that I was told it was rejected but can't see evidence of that

... or the 30 1 coin spins offered as a token

The latter annoys me because I feel as though I am not being treated as a valued player. As cs said... look at it from out side we dont know if you actually made the deposit...

my response was that I've deposited many many times and using Poli... and all successful transactions so where is the good faith?

    Hi Dandan,

POLi transactions sometimes do this. I used the service quite frequently in the past. I would make a deposit and it would be deducted from my account and not reflect on the Casinos' end.

This could be due to a number of issues like:

    1) Refreshing the screen whilst the transaction is processing
    2) A drop in the connection to the server whilst the transaction is going on etc...

I would send a bank statement showing the transaction was successful and blank out other personal details. It is usually a pain from my experience and I was always credited the funds in the end.

    Nate

Thx Nate... am still curious tho as to the 'rejection' status. Nothing is showing in my casino transaction history as being rejected.

I'm assuming that when you refer to Playcheck, you refer to MG.

MG does not show 'rejected' purchases or unsuccessful purchases. It only displays a log of successful purchases and withdrawals. In my experience, if it does not show it your Playcheck, then it was not successful and the funds are in limbo.

You should have this easily resolved by forwarding a bank statement or providing POLi with the reference for your deposit. It is a tad bit lengthy, but like i mentioned, I have never NOT been credited a deposit if it disappeared.

Thx again Nate. You're right of course about it not showing... but the cs was trying to convince me it was by going thru playcheck.

Sent in all my details more than 24hrs ago. I expect it would take time to sort... but a mail from them acknowledging they had received my mail plus info would have been nice... nothing. I think that poor service.

    So much for player retention!
